For over 15 years, the owners of Pho 26 & their family has been nourishing the hungry bellies of Calgary with their family recipe! The number 26 represents the 26 ingredients that go into making that bowl of magic happen. In fact, they are so confident in their recipe that they even go to reveal those 26 ingredients in their menu. Each ingredient is carefully prepared to create taste notes unique to Vietnam, resulting in soup with so much depth in flavour that we don’t dare douse it in any sauces. Just so that the soup can be enjoyed in its purest form. They also serve amazing Rice Vermicelli, specials like Bánh xèo, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee, or Cà phê sữa đá for those whose been to Vietnam.
